How could they do that? If it's a DS title, it means no upgraded graphics. It will look exactly the same as Black and White (from graphic standpoint). Ds doesn't have cameras and gyroscopes.. DS has inferior internet connection. It's sad. If they would have made this a 3DS title, they would end up making alot more cash for both Nintendo and The Pokemon Company. It would be so lucrative, Nintendo could possibly reveal a release date for the Wii U.

Nintendo doesn't have any anticipated titles left after May 2nd, which is the current release date set for both Luigi's Mansion 2 and Paper Mario. Oh, Mario Tennis comes out in May too. So after May, they have nothing planned. I expect this to be out in the U.S. by mid-summer. It would generate a big boost in a slow time. But I digress about profit. :P

It's obvious that that the DS doesn't have the same power as a 3DS or a dsi even and it's obvious it doesn't have a camera. That hasn't stopped them from doing backwards compatibility on systems before. Examples being Rhythm Heaven DSi exclusive content, and GBC games being playable on GB games. You also stated the whole graphics thing? I wasn't talking about graphics. A system doesn't need flash graphics to have system exclusive content i.e. Rhythm Heaven. Also, were you not aware of the DSi content from the original Black and White? Not only did it have a broader internet support, it had voice chat.
You're not looking at the things the game could pull of. It could support 3DS exclusive areas, 3DS exclusive pokemon(though would be a kick in the nats for those who didnt get one yet)Camera support and more

A pokemon game for the 3DS would have been a system/console seller. Pretty stupid move if you ask me, but I guess they have their reasons.

Now, in all seriousness, I wonder about the items that will turn Kyurem into these formes, and if Reshiram/Zekrom will still be version exclusive

Cool concept, but Pokemon BW 2?
That makes me think that it's a sequel following N's path somehow. If it is a sequel, do you have to transfer your whole team from the originals?

Sadly, it's probably gonna be the Yellow/Crystal/Emerald/Platinum of the series. Nintendo probably didn't know how to change Opelucid city or the Black City and White Forest thingy.

Weren't there items for Reshiram and Zekrom to hold that boosts their power?
If so, maybe holding them will change Kyurems form

For White Forest+Black City they could put them near each other. or making it so you can only enter at a certain time

Guys. You know how Japan is getting them really early, in June? (Remember, Feb last year revealed GenV, then had BW come out in Sept)

European Release is confirmed for Fall. That's a REALLY short localization period (for a main series Pkmn game anyway). We might get them before Winter! ... It might also just mean November, but that's still earlier than usual. Hopefully the US site will reveal it in the next day or so.

I've never even heard of this Rhythm Heaven example you provided multiple times, but I just think if they did include 3DS content, you would be ripping off the DS players however you look at it. If you are going to pay full price for a game, don't you want access to all the features? If you bought the game on the DS and included a plethora of 3DS content, you would basically only be getting the story and no extras. The 3DS content would have to be an extremely small percentage of the game.

Regarding the graphics, I am just upset that we will see the exact same graphic quality as Black and White. There will be no suprises. If they would have gone to the 3DS, they could have done a multitude of unfathomable things with the 3DS' strength. By there decision to remain on the DS, I can imagine that we will see alot of recycling.

I was aware of the voice chat feature, but I thought it was pointless. It was a neat addition at first, but if I'm playing Pokemon, I want to battle, not great a social video call. Now if you could implement the voice chat into a battle and have them both run simultaneously, I would use it every chance I get.

Nontheless, it has the potential to be a great game. I just hope they make enough changes...
