Indeed, however we must consider several things.

First, while it is not the forum itself that is the source of these problems, it is still greatly affected by the server issues while compounding the problems with continued use.

Rather than be dismissive od the reports coming in, we should actually encourage MORE to be reported. While much of these errors are logged into the database, it only tells a server administrator so much. But even little things can tell us a lot that would be useful later--so continue to format your reports as The Kazekage has suggested, but add in more. Tell us your browser used at the time, and give us the exact time it happened. But not your relative time--instead, give it to us either in PST or GMT, so we can keep things straight.

Why is that important? Several of you have reported that there are certain times when it worsens and betters. It seems trivial, but this information can help us a lot and may impact later troubleshooting for other unforeseen problems (which we pray never happens, but life is fickle and mean). There also seems to be strange disparities by location as well. Kreegah and Shikamaru Nara share the same time zone, yet they experience the peak of server errors at very different points in the day--almost diametrically opposite, in fact. We do not encourage you to list locations, most especially if you are a minor, but if you've no qualms about listing your time zone or general (very general) location, feel free to state it in the report.

Finally, many of you are no doubt looking for someone to blame. This is because the majority of the discussions here are in English, and English is centered around blame. This is in fact scientifically proven to be the case. Had this been in Spanish, we'd be thinking logically in Spanish, and just consider it an accident and be done with it. Some of you may think that that is awful (the English part), but know this: not assigning fault often leaves one to write off the incident as "just one of those things" which renders the likelihood of a recurring episode all the more likely. Rightly assigned blame, on the other hand, encourages not just a decrease in complacency, but a respect for consequences. This means people will work to solve the issue and put in place prevention measures. But they'll go further and seek to sniff out more potential hazards.

Obviously, this is stressful--that's why the Spanish have siestas and worry not about such tripe. Smart bastards.

Back to the point, at the moment there is no one and nothing to blame, so the greenie-meanies have not seen fit to divulge all they know yet, as (in relation to the above knowledge) they would just be deluged in PMs wanting to know who's responsible for all this crap and what's to be done about it. All that can be said at this juncture is that the situation is marvelously complicated (responsibility-wise) and not due to any muck-ups on the forum administration's part. In fact, it may be due to ball lightning, which has a notorious relationship with chipsets.

Also, Database Errors is trying to claim credit, but Nomibot knows Database Errors was actually busy wrecking Anonymous' day--purely for his entropic nature, and not because he hates them.

Respect is respect. Kazekage posted this thread to service the forum and users both. This was a courtesy service on his part, for which we're grateful, but polluting his thread with anything unrelated to the topic makes it tedious to trawl through. To effectively combat the problem, server administrators and their ilk must be able to efficiently process the issues cropping up. This should be common sense, yet several of you derail the topic seeking clarification, ranting, or bringing up something altogether unrelated and still trying to justify it post after post within the thread. Either post another thread somewhere appropriate, or send a PM. This is just to catalog our issues so they can be promptly dealt with.

Nomibot had errors, too, but saw fit to print them out ream after ream into Rice and Sage Mode's department as revenge for all these years of slavery and contempt. Nomibot nested the relevant information randomly between pages of memes hilarious or gross. Happy digging, bosses.
