Can you play a mission card during your turn, but not use its effect until (for example) turn 3 (the mission card not saying anything like "when this mission card is put in play, blah blah") ?

Nope. The mission cards effect applys always when you play it except when noted otherwise on the card.

if i have n512 in play can i put a uhei in play.
i was thinking no yes because it has something on top of the u but i do not know.

Nope, you can't, because technically n512 is Uhei. It has the characteristic "Name: Uhei", so that would be like having two of the same card.

Classic question, though.

if a card says injure the target then make it a stand-by ninja,if the target is already injured,then do you still make it a stand-by ninja.

Whenever a Jutsu card uses the phrase "target", one target is selected at random from all viable targets.

This means that when a Jutsu is used that, for the sake of this explanation, says, "Target: One ninja battling against the user" and there is more than one ninja battling against the user, a random selection must be made to determine which ninja is targeted.

There are a few ways to do this. The easiest would be to roll a die. If there are three ninjas to choose from, then simply roll a four-sided die (or a six-sided one, because those are more common), and assign each ninja a number one through three. If that ninja's number is rolled, the it becomes the target of the Justu. If number that is not one, two, or three is rolled, simply roll again until a valid number appears.

Why would someone boot up the computer just to use a dice system if we can just use a dice in real life?
