Guy is supposed to be Hypersonic+ when using morning Peacock. So he has a serious chance of winning, not a definite chance, but a chance. Speed isn't always the only factor in a match. Either way, yeah, I was just kind of trying to see how the BG would argue Gai's feats, but it seems no one else is going to do so.

My opinion is also Iemitsu.

LOL Hypersonic+ LOOL so Gai is now faster than Shadow Sonic who travel at hypersonic speed?

Tsuna is even way faster than any Naruto verse character.
Iemitsu able to par Tsuna speed and beating him up and Tsuna couldn't win against his dad.

Hypersonic+ ? Doubt it. I would say Supersonic+ , low hypersonic.

Anyways, Iemitsu easily wins. Seeing as that he was casually playing with his son the entire time, whom hadn't held back in terms of not firing off a charged X Burner point-blank, then I don't see how Gai could possibly beat him. And need I remind you, one Iemitsu sucker punch knocked Tsuna out cold.

Iemitsu is scaled higher then tsuna. Tsuna already speed and power rapes most of Naruto verse easily.

hypersonic+ was for morning peacock vaporizing a tsunami IIRC, The friction from the mach 7 railgun wouldn't even come close to accomplishing that.
