T3 Networks Media Distributor Shuts Down

Well.......this pretty much means Viz lost its distributer to get it's anime content like naruto & bleach on other tv stations again (which i previously made a thread about).......

So, this means that DXD is done with Shippuden after all?

Techically this isn't about DXD, its mainly refeering to Viz's deal with T3 on brining their anime's on tv hitting the dumpster after the low stocks the T3 have had.

But yeah you can say that DXD seems pretty much done with shippuden as well. -_-

most of em the very few AS has are watched on TV but that is only the 3 anime they basically have that is New (Durarara,Bleach, FMA B) others like One Piece and Naruto r gonna be pirated if As cuts out anime u can pretty much say anime is dead in the us

Sad isn't it? Before this news i had alot of hope that T3 could help bring more viz anime on Cable TV, now with this we're back to square one. -.-

You all say this like its a bad thing,Someone will pick it up and run with it...i mean,If Disney bought Marvel then im sure Naruto or Bleach or what have you will find a home with somebody.

True but Naruto has been kicked off chanels twice already,so I don't whcih station would make it's home

their best gamble is to really try n get AS to buy it but AS probably doesn't want to have 2 long runiing anime since licencing 200+ eps is already expensive for one anime they have(Bleach) I for one will just watch Naruto on my Xbox

I agree that they would get a lot more views if they have a lineup With Bleach,Naruto,and Soul Eater but they don't want to spend that much money

^I agree. Piracy is a big issue in the anime and manga area. Which could also hurt it airing on TV, because most people will figure that they will just watch it online in the shows native language.

^This is why anime back in the day was so popular since fansubs didn't exist so people had to watch them on TV. but ever since fansubbing came anime has been slowly declining and now we have like 2 anime on TV

It's a sad thing.
Like i said in Previous posts, If a network picks it up and is willing to spend money for Top Anime's then we could have hope. Toonami was that when we were little.

It doesn't have to be Toonami, but thats a kind of network we need.
But looses viewers..
Missing a week or two of the anime
Using the internet as your source
and Fillers!

Naruto for example has lonnngg FILLERS!

Toonami was just the thing when we were little. Twice a week Friday/Saturday, On Late at Nights just for us so we wouldn't miss anything.. idk.. :/
And nothing but Anime's
I remember watching Naruto, One Piece, ZatchBell, DBZ, Bobobo-bobo-bobo...
They were never that bad each one had something special towards them!

But i guess that's Karma for Viz being Money hungry and abandoning people that believed in them
