MS Sasuke vs Gaara

Even without genjutsu, Gaara stomps with quicksand.

Chidori, chidori sword, ammy to prepare kirin and Sasuke has susano'o which only some characters can get past and Gaara ain't one of them. If Sasuke can prepare Kirin it will destroy Gaara probably even if he went full one tail.

From my perspective, Gaara's sand has been known to keep speedy opponents on their feet (aka Kimimaro, who most likely solo'd the sound 4 off raw speed, taijutsu and his special KG). Power scaling, Gaara's sand should be able to keep the more current speedsters on their feet (probably not people like A who have abnormal speed, but others like Sasuke work too).

You may be thinking "Oh SS3, we can't just powerscale like that, Sasuke's probably loads faster!@", but at the same time, most of Sasuke's power ups have been focused around incredibly strong ninjutsu like his Sharingan other than things like speed (which applies to at least MS Sasuke). The latest time that the 2 met, Sasuke commented on the sand's speed, which leads up to believe it's not going to be as easy as it was during the Chunnin exams.

Just some food for thought, most high class ninja won't get caught in the same trap twice IIRC. Gaara used his past experiences as a way to combat susano'o, so that's a plus for him (I'd go into other characters but i'm hesitant if they'll mean anything here). It's also a good time to mention that he has a pretty neat counter for Susano'o too, ala what he did to Madara.

Chidori is useless because Sasuke will not be able to get close to Gaara. Same with Chidori Sword. Ammy alone will not be able to prepare Kirin at all since he also needed CS2 Dragon Flames, while he does not have anymore. Susanoo gets buried in quicksand since Sasuke's underside is open.

That Badger Sand Statue probably be enough to stop the arrows; they did stop Kimimmaro.

Sasuke's genjutsu is pretty damn weak.

Don't see what Gaara has that can hurt Sasuke though.

Is Gaara fast enough to make it?

Unless Gaara's oedipus shield can break him out of it, Sasuke doesn't need to have strong genjutsu.

Gaara could always fight with his third eye and sand clones and hide himself away

That doesn't really answer the question.

The Sauce won't be fooled by sand clones. He'll just find the real Gaara and arrow him to death.

Exactly, there is no way to know. Both the Sand Statue and the Tree appear in one panel. Try to estimate a speed.

Except Gaara will be in a sand cacoon. Or his giant big bewbed mom statue.

is say gaara because sasauke tends to be stationary once susanoo is out. and giant sand tsunami cand block his view and sand imperial burial can suffocate him.

With genjutsu gone, one of Sasuke's major advantages is out. SInce Gaara knows about the MS, Sasuke isn't getting him from that distance.
