Karate Kid take this.

Dont see Minato, Naruto speed can compare to Super boy.
Super boy alone had hard time against Karate Kid and Karate Kid was able to spar against him.

Karate kid defeated a temporal based version of the muso tensei so he likely can guard against soul rape but Ben has to rely on his superior reaction time alone

Itachi is at once the biggest and smallest problem. Biggest because he can attack at range, smallest because Totsuka needs to pierce its target to soul steal and it can't pierce Ben.

Ben mind is pretty weak he gets caught in a genjutsu. The number of times he has been brainwashed and been under mind control is up there. Then there is the jar which sucks it target and seals them immediately. Ben can't block it.

Ben has high end reflexes he is not really a speedster. His reflexes is a testament to his power. Him soloing isn't going to happen. The Karate Kid IDK haven't read about him in a minute.
