The Disney XD Problem

well its been months since naruto shippuden last aired on dxd and there has been no word of it being cancelled. just that it was dropped or that the disney xd dub is on hiatus. if the hiatus is true then it could be as long like when the last time bleach was on hiatus on adult swim don't we all remember that. i'll update this when something official is announce.

I doubt Shippuden will air on DXD again. How many months has it been exactly?

I think its been probably since either october or november that shippuden aired...

as of right now its just on hiatus, but a month or two from now XD will probably announce that it has been canceled

Ugh, im not even worried about DXD! hopefully viz can solve this problem, but for now i'll keep watching Naruto online

The difference between this hiatus (if it is one) and the Bleach one though...is that AS actually continued to air old episodes, even if it started from the very beginning.

Well, the DVDs are still out, manga is still in stores and I can watch it online. So, I'm not very concerned anymore.

And not just Naruto, but One Piece, Bleach, Other popular Anime's

You'd probably be wrong about that.

Bleach and Pokemon are still on in premiere episodes and neither of them pull in the kinds of ratings CN's own comedies do on a random rerun much less a premiere.

Kids today just don't really care for anime like we did.

It's not popular because it's no longer around.
We found it popular when we were growing up with it because it was there for us.
If they bring it back to Fridays and Saturday nights when Kids are home from School and they start from the beginning it'd definitely would capture kids just like how it did for us.
personally i though anime was just any ordinary cartoon when i was little.

Children's networks rarely announce the cancellation of anything. Those shows just stop airing and never come back.
