Even blood-lusted and prepped Shizune can't defeat Mei. She is facing a KAGE. Sure she has poison, but she has no battle feats against magma or steam that boils through Susano'o rib cage.

Mei wipes the floor with Shizune.

Shizune is very strong Jonin, but even she cannot defeat Mei!!!

After all, Mei is at least on level with Tsunade!!!

I agree with all of you.Shizune is strong but Mei is a Kage.

And this, ladies and gentlemen, is a case where feats can be completely absent in a vs thread and still brood results.

But even besides that, Mei's acid was melting Susanoo's rib cages and the kages were confident in her Suiton abilities to match Madara's Katons.

Mei uses her elemental fusions to slaughter Shizune beyond repair.

Mei doesn't even need to use lave or acid mist. Hidden Mist jutsu and it is all she wrote for Shizune.

Wouldn't matter. She gets speedblitzed. Mei may not have the best speedfeats to speak of, but the very fact that she has any puts her above Shizune.

Well, Shizune was speedblitzed by Tsunade. Mei is on level with Tsunade, so it`s likely Mei could speedblitz Shizune, too!!!

Mei's lava was fast enough that Sasuke couldn't dodge it, he had to use Susano'o. Not that is Mei precisely, but it at least is the speed of her attack.

Shizune isn't strong (She's more of a Medical nin). Mei is a kage. Shizune gets stomped.
