Spoiler Tobi's Space Time Jutsu and ANBU question?

So I was bored and watched and read the new episode and chapter. So I was watching the new English dubbed episode's that were out and saw something in one of them that made me think.

Maybe its just a mistake done by the animation company or something else but during the episode "The Serpents Pupil" Tsunade is telling an ANBU to go check on the squad at the 3-tails lake. As he leaves he simply floats downward into the floor.

I dont know if this was a mistake made trying to show the Body Flicker or if its just something all ANBU can do and I just havent caught on to it before.

Just throwing it out there, Maybe Tobi has some connection to the ANBU or Root or something. I mean he knew about them all and in a since could be kinda like Danzo, With a fake sharigan and genetically change body aka the white goo. Just something I thought I would share

Wow,you sure do pay attention to a lot of things!
Tobi could be related to Root and Danzou's team/shinobi,he saw the fight when Sasuke fought Danzou and Tobi knew some moves that Danzou used,so maybe they knew each other in the past.

Of course, afterall they met before during a certain "Uchiha" incident.

I note that Danzo was nowhere to be seen during the Kyuubi Incident while Tobi had knowledge of the birthplace.

Yea, I cant find what your talking about?

But if he does then maybe it is just something ANBU can do. But it is very similar to Tobi when he walks straight into and through a wall. I am just thinking that maybe Tobi was once a Root ANBU who was close to Danzo and Orochimaru and had the genetically enhanced body.

Have you seen how fast ANBUs get out of places. If you've seen Naruto Shippuden Movie 4 when Naruto Time-Travels and meets Minato, you can see that they get out of a place in like a second. ANBUs are high-skilled Ninja, near to Kage level, so I am not surprised.

I won't go as far as Anbu. But I would definitely think he is from konoha. But I think his relationship with Madara goes back a ways. His knowledge is ridiculous. And he just popped up at the summit to tell the kages who is in charge.

I think tobi is younger than danzo, but not by much. He could be Madara's disciple/student. The question is..... from how far back? And is he full human, but just weird? genetically modified after birth, like Madara with the Hashirama DNA, or essentially a test tube baby of Senju and Uchiha DNA?
