Starrk wins without much effort. Uryu can't even fight the weakest Espada, Yammy. What makes you think he can fight one of the strongest?

Actually Yammy was having a really hard time hitting Uryu. And even then, his size is mostly what mattered, which Starrk doesn't have. Given how long range he is and the distance is his biggest advantage (the same should be said for Starrk) he should at least put up a great fight. I'm also wondering if Licht Regen could overwhelm Cero Metralleta since it shoots 1200 arrows per second.

Uryu primarily works long range while Starrk is good at close or long. Wolf pack, yo.

There's also the speed problem. Aside from fighting a high level captain during the Winter War, while Ichigo and company were running around in Hueco Mundo Starrk Sonidoed in, grabbed Orihime and Sonidoed out before Ichigo could react and was back at Aizen's crib in Los Noches(which is like a week on foot from where they were IIRC) before Orihime could react.
