"You may not post attachments"

That's what it says under Posting Rules. Anyone know why? Is it because I don't have a certain amount of posts or something like that?

No, it's because an attachment can have a virus, porn, etc.

I fixed my signature.

It says it in every section. You know how there is a box under every thread that you're viewing with the posting rules? It says I can't post attachments, but everything else I can do.

That's what it says.

If I'm not mistaken, attachments would upload whatever file of your choosing to Viz' server and create a link to that file at the bottom of your post. The reason it's not enabled is the same reason we don't usually allow custom avatars and have heavy restrictions on image album uploads. Copyright laws. <.<

What Ashen said, you essentially just can't upload to the server.

Yep. It keeps things moderationally easier, as that'd be one more thing we'd have to approve. We'd even have to get to the level of code since it'd be on the servers if it wasn't an image.
