Or a spare barrel to trap him in. Also, Blackbeard may need to be above Whitebeard. He has multiple DFs, not just Yami Yami and Gura Gura. I remember it being mentioned he went around slaughtering others for their DFs.

having logia DF ability should not be the sole reason why a character would be put in high tier status... going by that logic enel would be on high tier which should not be the case... caribou has yet to show any impressive logia feats... for all we know he can be hit by a surprise attack just like smoker way back in alabasta arc...

Enel is in FIRST RATE tier, only a few spaces below Luffy. His DF is so hax, that he doesn't need Haki to compensate. Almost all logias are hax, and I hate Caribou also, but a logia alone can be pretty powerful. However, he is the weakest Logia user. Smoker most likely knows Haki because it was stated all Vice Admirals know Haki.

And how exactly would any of the Supernovas (who are below him) hurt Caribou?

Not even Eustass Kid or X Drake can hurt him as of now. Caribou simply turns into himself and the surrounding area into mud and suffocates them.

Enel's most basic technique is El Thor. From his palace on top of a giant ass beanstalk he can with fair accuracy fry anyone with El Thor, a building sized blast of lightning.

With Maxim he's a casual island buster.

The only reason Luffy beat him was because he was immune to Enel's powers.

And then he gets the 200,000,000 Volt Amaru which turns him into a giant any most likely could 1-shot anyone due to 200 million volts being as fast as REAL lightning.

eustass kidd basically has magnetism as powers and IIRC caribou was incapacitated by a wooden barrel... kidd would be able to make a iron barrel easily... x drake on the other hand was rear admiral when he was still in the marines (that's one step below vice admiral)... i highly doubt caribou who has not shown any impressive battle feats is on the same level...

Eustass hasn't shown the precision necessary to make a watertight barrel with his magnetism. He's not Magneto.

Who needs impresside battle feats when you're a logia with an effectively limitless ability to store junk inside your own body.

Caribou is weak period because of no haki. I doubt he is even a match for the amazons. That being said I think big mom messengers are both extremely compared to Luffy.

Anyone that doesn't have Bosushoku Haki is pretty much screwed against him.

Pekoms is a stud. Though as of now, he doesn't have many feats besides Haki, CQC, and a Turtle Devil Fruit.

Don't need to be CP9 to know Rokushiki. Luffy knows Soru and Sanji knows Geppou.
