Absence of proof is not necessarily proof of absence. Though one could say that feats are lacking, if Frieza can planet bust and SSJ2 Goku is leagues above him I'd wager that SSJ2 Goku would easily be at least as competent as Broly.

in a lot of dbz fights the good guys take out the bad guys in one move.
like cell,broly and hirudigan.
SS2 goku cannot win this fight because broly has the power level of a SS3.
in the movie goku beat broly by

I don't know how you can decide this fight broly powers are all over the place. In one movie he was blowing up a galaxy and tanking planetary explosions. But he was taken out by way less in the other two. Though one could argue that Gohan power exceeded his when he was blasted into the son. Bio Broly was a joke clone. So I am going to lean towards Broly Bloodlusted.

Of course ssj1 gohan blasting him into the sun was pis, but ssj2 gohan scared him into going LSSJ, and gohan even outpowered him a couple times. now this is a gohan who is weaker than his 9 year old cell games counterpart. who is weaker than ssj2 goku.

Ahh but their are several factors you have to admit concerning Gohan. One even though he was weaker he still has his spurts of hidden energy. His hidden reserves didn't exactly disappear after he got older. Which is part of the reason elder kai and supreme kai used him. Am I right? Some of the power Goku displayed specifically against Yakon was him going into super saiyain 3 territory.

gohans hidden potential only activates in 2 ways, extreme anger (which didnt happen in the broly movie) and throught outside sources (which didnt happen in the moive). the only time gohan arguably activated his hidden potential was in the kamehameha struggle. and no goku (at least in the manga) went ssj2 for a quick second against yakon.

that battle went on long.broly can beat SS2 goku.
the only way for goku to win is for goku to go SS3.

I was referring to the Kamehameha when Gohan's hidden pontential was unleashed. That was definetly plot induced. Broly was definetly the stronger of the two when he tranformed. So the fight between Goku him would be alot closer than you think.

yea but at best he was operating at SSJ2 kid gohan levels (sorry i said spc before, i meant to say gohan was at spc levels) Goku far surpassed ssj2 kid gohan by the boo saga,

edit: and you have to remember Gohan actually out muscled broly 1 time and hurt him another

That is true. I will concede on that. But broly abilities were seriously nerfed on that second go around.

Well not really, he was beating up a ssj2 (although a weaker one) who wouldve 1 shotted him in the first movie.

According to the japanese movie it goes
M10 LSSJ Broly>SSJ2 teen gohan>M10 SSJ Broly>>M8 LSSJ Broly
