Base Naruto can't do much especially with just anime feats if it was magne he could at least go RM. Sasuke uses susano'o and kill Naruto.

Hebi Sasuke was the one with curse mark and when he gained the Ms his team became Taka

Naruto wins, since anime feats are allowed he can use his filler Rasengan variants like Tornado and Guts Rasengan.

Base Naruto is meh.... He is the main character, I had hoped that kishi would have given him some skills in 3 year trips, all get got was big ball rasengan-_- sasuke on the other hand got new chidori variants, Kirin, a sword

To be fair, his skill in using clones has increased to the point where he doesn't spam multiple of them and waste all his chakra for nothing. He encodes his genius at a much faster pace, and thus let's him compete with higher tier characters.

Uh no...he got Rasenshuriken, Twin Rasengan, and genjutsu defense

He got those after the 3 year trip,, and his so called genjutsu defense didn't help him (fight against itachi).. I was hoping kishi would give him some normal elemental attacks like grand fireball or water dragon... Something along those lines

O I thought it was just anime. If he is allowed to go RM he could easily blitz Sasuke because in RM he was on the same speed lvl as A and A beat Sasuke before he went susano'o. If not then Naruto should still win. Sasuke can't stop or dodge FRS.

It says no ammy so i'm assuming he has MS.

If no MS then...
Naruto wins. Sasuke can't prep Kirin and Naruto will spam shadow clones then hit him with Odama Rasengan.

yeah it is wierd, sorry, i accidently thought of taka sasuke when i restricted amaterasu. but its hebi sasuke, so no ammy anyways.

Current base Naruto? He's pretty good now. By shounen logic he should be way superior to Hebi Sasuke anyway.

But chidori stream and CS2 will be a problem.

Not sure about anime feats but Hebi Sasuke has pretty good katons (good for taking out mass amounts of clones) and has the raw skill and power with the curse mark to take him out. He can potentially counter boss summons with his own (Manda) or genjutsu the toads themselves. Though if Naruto summons Ma or Pa it's game.

CS2 is pretty much useless. All it's good for is flying and spamming fireballs which can be dodged rather easily since Naruto even in PTS form was able to. Mass Shadow Clones can take out Manda and Sasuke himself.
