I think lasers are a good way to combat Deidara as it's a pretty good way of knocking him off his flight creations. The problem I see here is that... if diffusing the bombs were that easy, why didn't Sasuke use Chidori Nagashi or something?

^ because the force and speed of the bombs moving toward him was too great. They wouldn't be discharged instantly. I don't even know if Sasuke knew the weakness of the bombs yet.

But he'd did use nagashi on the C4 bombs and C1 Snakes.

Well we now know Lightning>Earth in terms of Elemental Advantage even in terms of Kekkei Genkai.

We know Deidara uses Bakuton/Explosion Release and Sasukes Raiton defused them.

Sounds perfect for Darui with Lightning Release and having a Jutsu that alters beams.

And Storm release already shouts Lightning.

Way I see it:
Darui can defuse them like Sasuke did especially with knowledge.
Though:
OP needs to clarify just how much knowledge Darui has.

About C2:
Requires prep.
Or will darui just standby and watch Deidara create a large dragon,then fly up and let him spam bombs with knowledge?
Quite certain Water Wall can take care of small birds as well considering Darui has a massive water source at hand.
If anything Darui can at least dampen them a bit only to follow with a Raiton or Ranton.

And that massively considering it was meant for Itachi and Deidara was forced to use it against Sasuke.
The Jutsu meant to kill Itachi he uses against an opponent (of who he as no idea who he is and what he can do) right from the get go?

Considering Raiton an defuse Bakuton then Storm Release which is blalantly obvious partly Raiton most certainly will.

There's no possible way that Darui could neutralize C4 without doing what Sasuke did. Even by attacking the clone prior to releasing the micro-bombs, it's unlikely he'd be able to take out all of them, unless he suddenly has the ability to detect and target trillions of microscopic explosives simultaneously.

And if he did do what Sasuke did, better for Deidara than Darui, because Deidara's back to square 1 while Darui is into the negatives. Deidara recasts C4. Lather rinse repeat. The only reason Sasuke (who was superior to Darui in every way) beat Deidara was because Kishimoto protected him. Darui doesn't have this benefit.

Based on the restrictions. I can see Darui taking it considering he has knowledge and Deidara as none.

This is of course that Darui should be wary of and try to outsmart Deidara's tendency to blindside and secretly flank him with C1 Bird or C1 centipede with C2 Dragon.

Darui will be on the more on the defensive overall, one good hit he is done.
