(Okay so first off I would like to say that Im surprised one of these hasn't appeared yet.)
Next thing I would like to say is that there will only be FIVE Dovahkiin. There will also be only FOUR Greybeards. Others will be aloud to use the Voice, but only under the approval of all four Greybeards. And even then they will only be able to use Unrelenting Force and Disarm (Seeing as how those are the only shouts anyone that isnt a Greybeard or Dovahkiin seem to be able to do...)

I want this thread to be a fun experience for all, so Im asking everyone who joins. PLEASE DO NOT TROLL. Trolling is not nice and will only make you enemies.
Next on the agenda is Military Ranks. The Imperials will be led by General Tullius and the Stormcloaks will be led by Ulfric Stormcloak. They will both be NPC's controlled by either me, or those I deem fair enough to control them.
The rank of Jarl of each hold WILL be open for player characters to achieve. Each player that reaches the rank of Jarl will be allowed no other ranks. Greybeards and Dovahkiin will NOT be permitted to achieve the rank of Jarl. That will be open to normal player characters only. I OR MY ASSISTANTS WILL BE THE ONES TO DETERMINE WHO BECOMES JARL OF A HOLD. Becoming a Jarl has several prerequisites. First, you must own a home in the city that you wish to become Jarl of. Second, you must have assisted at least 10 civilians of the hold you wish to become Jarl of. Third, The player aiming to become a Jarl must be Thane of the hold they wish to become Jarl of. Fourth, to become a Jarl, one will need the approval of at least one Greybeard, and one of the threads leaders, whom will be selected by me.
Magika. Magika and spells will be placed in a class system. Each class of magika will cost a different amount of Magika point, therefore, only a certain amount of spells will be able to be woven during battle untill the battle is ended, or a magika potion is ingested. (Players using potions will NOT be open to attack while ingesting the potion. It will NOT create an opening or take up a turn.) The Magika chart will be added later. I wouldnt want to have typed it all out and find out this thread is a failure, so until then, use Magika as you please, but keep it Skyrim style and PLEASE try to make it all within reason.
Players will also be allowed to join groups like the Companions, The Thieves Guild, or the Dark Brotherhood. (WARNING: Joining the Dark Brotherhood or Thieves Guild will make you ineligible to become Jarl of a hold. Greybeads may not join the Dark Brotherhood, Thieves Guild, or Companions. If you want to be both a Jarl, and a member of the Dark Brotherhood, then do your best to earn the title of Jarl before joining. A Jarl may not join the Thieves Guild, but may join the Companions.) Members of the Companions may also become warewolves, but only after completing at least 3 quests for the Companions.
Stamina and Health. Stamina and Health will not be measured. Fights between player characters will go on until one concedes defeat.
Housecarls and other followers. Player Characters will be able to earn ONE FOLLOWER AT A TIME. If someone earns more than one Follower, the other followers will be found at either the players home, or the HQ of the place the Follower came from. (Example: Someone has a follower from the Companions, then gets another Follower, then the follower from the Companions will be sent back to the Companions HQ in Whiterun, changing followers is done by talking to the Follower you wish to have follow you.) Followers will be controlled in full by the player whom the follower is following. Followers will not be allowed to participate in battles between two player characters but will be allowed full use in battles against NPCs. There will be no killing of followers but they may be slain in battle.
All races will be available to be played as.
All Shouts will be available to the Dovahkiin and the Greybeards.
There will only be the eight Dragon priest masks in the world, and there are no copies.
When you join you may choose a standing stone. You may not switch standing stones once you have chosen one.


When joining, give character's name, race, class, standing stone, armor preferences, weapon preferences, ONE starting shout (Dovahkiin only), and a brief description of your character's appearance.
PLEASE PM ME WITH YOUR CHARACTER INFORMATION. I DONT WANT TO MISS AN ENTRY AND NOT IMPUT SOMEONE ONTO THE LIST
