how does kisamine know guy?

In the manga kisamine says that this is their 3rd time fighting i remember that first time and then their last time when guy did the afternoon tiger on him but the very first time?? guy doesn't seem to know what hes talking about. whats kisamine talking about?

Didn't Guy butt in on Kisame's attempt at capturing Naruto while he was 'with Jiraiya'? and then when they approached Konoha?

ya. the 1st time was in konoha. kisame was with itachi. that time, asuma and kurenai were sent to deal with them, but then kakashi came too. kakashi was down because of itachi's tsukuyomi. and then guy i think sorta fought kisame..or he didnt(cant remember that part.) but then itachi and kisame left because there was too much commotion going on.
2nd. when naruto and the team were going after deidara and sasori to recover gaara, and guys team(included neji, tenten and lee) were there somewhere. the three were captured by kisame's water prison technique and then the battle starts
3rd. guy met kisame at the falls of truth

Guy clashed with Kisame once, and Kisame commented on how fast and powerful Guy was, but still persisted to fight him, it was only on Itachi's command did he not continue.
2nd time, Guy had a 10,000 leagues under the sea moment with some of Kisame's sharks, he falcon barraged Kisame's clone, and then commented on how he couldn't recognize the body that he wrecked it so much!
3rd time. Is the Anime up to this point?
