Kakashi vs Sasori

Knowledge that Chiyo had at beginning of fight. Meaning Kakashi has to figure out what actually needs to be destroyed.

I think Kakashi meets suitable knowledge requirements (but only the basics). For example, would it be such a stretch to say that he'd realize that Sasori is in the puppet? Puppeteers are usually left defenseless in CQC, and there's no puppeteer to be seen around. Putting those 2 together, Kakashi may either believe that:
1. The Puppet is Sasori
2. Sasori is manipulating the puppet from afar
3. Sasori is manipulating the puppet from the inside

Now realize that Naruto praised Kakashi as being smarter than PTS Skimamaru and with more experience than "all of them put together". Coinciding these points, it doesn't seem awfully out of Kakashi's league to realize that Sasori may have used the puppet as a way to defect the CQC weakness. He can also assume that he knows of the poison from Kankuro, so he'd be careful.

Yada yada past all that Hiruko stuff (seriously was that puppet worth making), there's the problem of the Third Kazekage. Now I know people probably wouldn't agree with me, but the fact that Sasori says himself "you know the attack needs to be dodged" and the linear movement of the Iron Sand Bullets (linear = easier for ninja with the Sharingan) leads me to conclude that Kakashi can dodge it or better.

If you look back at the panel, there's quite a bit of smoke left over. Smoke = bye line of sight. If Kakashi plans this right, he could potentially pull off a Bushin feint. Once underground, it's probably much easier for Kakashi to ambush Sasori while his clone is out (actually it's perfect). While Kakashi is stalling his time by having his clone trick Sasori, Kakashi can be burrowing underground and prepare to attack Sasori behind the Third Kazekage's defense. Sasori may detach his heart, but remember that Kakashi IC aims for the heart anyways (who knows why he puts it there, maybe he just has to).

The real question is: is the Third Kazekage puppet compatible with the heart container? If it is, kakashi can potentially be caught off guard and poisonous scratches would take him down. If not well... he'll need to build himself back together. Not sure if it's possible or not but I assume it is from what he did before. But with the element of surprise taken away, I still think Kakashi wins in the end with Kamui being his trump card.

I think that with the Sharingan Kakakshi can dodge almost all of the poison senbon released from any puppet. however 100 puppets may pose a problem....

Kakashi sharingan could see that Sasori's chakra is coming from his heart jar. Then he'll figure out he needs to destroy it and teleport it to another dimension.
