Well, at least we know he's confirmed to be FTL. Kakashi killed Haku in the war, and it's fact that Haku travels casually at light speeds. Kishi even went out of his way to confirm it, didn't he?

It depends. From my perspective, he can win if he uses the knowledge he's gained before fighting Kakuzu. Ninja are usually much more adept at combating the same fighting style twice, notice how Kakashi says "the same thing won't work on me twice". I don't ask for it to be taken literally, but there is strength in his words. A ninja's strength imo comes from 3 things: The cards you play, how you play them, and how you counter your opponent's deck. Kakashi since the Kakuzu fight has gained an advantage on all 3 so he'd win imo. If I put skills vs power on a scale I say Kakashi and his weapons overcoming Kakuzu. If he didn't fight Kakuzu before however, that's a different story.
