That sounds so wrong.......
But seriously, I think this has more to do with the way their relationship has developed over the years/chapters.. Initially sakura was a worthless sasuke fangirl and now she is good medical ninja who cares about naruto and is ready to trust him with her life.

Simple answer.
It's obvious she likes to scream Sasuke's name. But when he's not around she uses Naruto as a back up. Naruto knows it, that he's just a second choice. Good that he never gave in to Sakura so far. They should not be a couple, both would be very unhappy.

well , lets see , both of these answers are right , but i'm going to take half from each , i mean that , sakura like naruto and sasuke
 , but everytime one of them improve himeslf afront her more and more , she start get worry about him  , and beacuse of that , she scream with there names for good friendship and to let them know , how much expensive boys they are for her  .. but when she screams sasuke , that means she likes him , and when she screams naruto it means she have this kind of worry on him and she's afraid from the truth of in one day she'll like in some how .... ( just saying my
 point in this thing ) |

ok,now you got me thinking wrong. O.o Well,lets get this over with,Sakura screams Sasuke name because she likes him alot. Plus,why would Sasuke screams for Sasuke when he gone evil? :o Sakura screams Naruto name because everyone knows shes worry so thats pretty much the story.

How can she like a killer more than a caring warm guy?
I just don't get her... If she had to chose and save one from death and leave the other die she would save Sasuke and let Naruto die. After that,Sasuke would say that she's idiot and kill her with chidori while laughing like a maniac.
