Id say without Susano or Genjustu Sasuke has no chance of winning.Susano seems like his only defense and offence nowadays.without Susano's protection kakashi could easily land a few hits on Sasuke.Im not saying Sasuke only attack and defense in Susano i just believe without it, his protection would drop quite dramatically.

He has many other eletric/lightning justu's but as shown in the fight between kakuzu and kakashi, kakashi can absorb lightning.Wheteher this was a one time only or not i do not know, so please correct me if i was wrong.

i think you are underating Sasuke

he did pretty gd with fights without MS abilities

Vs Team Kakashi (Lead By Yamato)

He dodges a lariat by Killer bee in version 1 state

He is still very strong without MS abilities

I think that all fire style jutsus by Sasuke would be canceled out by Kakashi's suiton
Sasuke's shuriken could be a problem unless Kakashi uses doton jutsus
The real battle is gonna be taijutsu and raikri vs chidori but raikri is a improved chidori so it should be stronger

I think Kakashi could beat Sasuke even with no restrictions. He has complete knowledge of Sasuke, and Susanoo would be Kamui'd away. Then a quick Lightning Hound and GG

Not to mention that he can copy any of Sasuke's jutsu.

Just for the sake of saying so

With no restrictions, I'm not even sure why this is a question at all? A completely battered and chakra drained MS Sasuke overpowered a fresh Kakashi in a matter of minutes after his fight with Danzo(which happened after only shortly being healed by Karin.) MS Sasuke is a rung above Kakashi~

With the added restrictions, I still give this to Sasuke. Hawk summon + fire style from the sky would be an interesting tactic. Also Sasuke has a blade which he'd use to gift him the upper hand in taijutsu. As I'm not going to venture to say Kakashi is more skilled with a kunai, as it just doesn't seem likely. Kakashi does more than likely have a larger array of jutsu at his disposal. However, Sasuke definitely has greater stamina and that more or less will decide which way this sort of fight goes.

i dont see Sasuke using summons against Kakashi or really anyone

the fire style can be countered by easily dodging or by using water style in defence

lets not forget Kakashi has lighting dog running jutsu and he is very skilled with his sharingan

and was said to have better taijutsu skills than Lee who is basically only taijutsu

True, but there's no telling whether or not Kakashi will react in time dodging on the ground against attacks from the sky. Sasuke has a better view of positioning from that vantage point. Also Sasuke's fire style could be on par with Kakuzu's, which was even to Kakashi's water style. It's just arguable that this tactic could work.

Kakuzu overpowered his suiton because he used wind and fire together
No one ever gets hit by fire style jutsus

I never said he was more skilled than Sasuke I just said he was very skilled with it

An injured + chakra depleted Sasuke engaged in taijutsu with Kakashi, and the clash showed no signs of it being tilted either way. Their taijutsu seemed even at the time, giving way to the opinion that a fresh Sasuke might(probably not) have been superior.

Kakashi was pushing Sasuke back in the exchange, and given more time kakashi would have overpowered him in taijutsu.
Plus the storyline could not let Sasuke get beaten

He used it against Danzo because he was falling of the bridge. Here, it's useless.

Fire jutsu can be avoided easily, actually. Even PTS Naruto was able to dodge them. Also, he has Sharingan as well so he shouldn't have any difficulty reacting.

Well at least he doesn't go blind after overusing it.

Well after the Danzo fight he was healed by Karin, so if his skill decreased in taijutsu in any way after that, it wasn't by that much.

The reason he backed himself up before was because he had several of Orochimaru's powers along with the Curse Mark. Not to say that Sasuke isn't smart, but he usually uses that intelligence to get him out of the trap he already got himself into. He's rather reckless at the start.

However, raiten clones would be a bad idea as Sasuke can diffuse it like he did against Darui. A raiten clone is about half of Kakashi's chakra, so it'll be bad for him if it's used like that. It's possible that he can't stop a raiten hound though, but I'm sure how much power it holds.

It depends, but I'll probably go with Kakashi. If Raikiri and Chidori met, I think Raikiri would be the winner. Sasuke's best restricted of a lot of things tbh

Let me put it this way, if Kakashi decides to go in by himself, I don't see him beating Sasuke. But if he decides to use clones in a smart way, I do see him trumping. The latter is IC so I chose it.

Raikri is a stronger chidori so it would defeat it

Sasuke dead at the feet of his sensei with a hole through his chest after the clash

Kakashi says "tried to defeat me with the jutsu I taught you and I made, how sad"
