Ok so, to get a majority vote over who should be above who on the tier list, we're gonna do it the old fashioned way and vote.

Who is higher on the Tier List?

No Prep and Manga Knowledge only.

Stalemate in all probability.

Asuma has the better features with Hidan.

We don't even know how fast Hanzo was.

And the fact Asuma has two blades that are enhanced with wind style chakra which basically has concrete busting power, we can assume he has the advantage here.

That is true, we have no idea how fast Hanzo is.

It is not the busting power of Asuma's wind enhanced trench knives, but more of its reach. I mean Mifune could make the same mistake like Kisame did in Part 1 and miscalculate on how much he had to dodge.

Wow Im pretty surprised I really didnt expect to see people say Mifune would win this one.

Ya pretty surprise, since Mifune showed really little speed feat and we do not know how fast Hanzo is to begin with .

Yeah, well I do think he wins but I didnt actaully expect many others to vote for him too. I guess viz is smarter than I thought

Mifune's Iaido and natural speed means that he won't give Asuma any time to make hand seals for Ninjutsu, but at close range, Asuma has the advantage with two chakra blades that both have insane cutting power. He could catch Mifune off-guard, and aside from that, being able to attack with two weapons at once would likely put Mifune on the defensive. However, at close range Mifune's reach with the sword will probably be the decisive factor.

I think Mifune has a better chance, but it's relatively close. They're both very capable.

this is an excellent match up. I have to give this to Asuma with extreme difficulty. Not only is his Tai-Jutus and Weapon Skills amazing. but he also has the advantage of strong Nin-Jutsu. His speed is also one to be reckon with, also his wind style play will even make it hard for Mifune to get close. he has two weapons, he can simple throw one to distract Mifune and then use that time to use one of his Nin-Jutsu Move. while Mifune tries to dodge it, Asuma comes out of no where and cuts his head off with his now enhanced Knife.
