I think If Guy enters 6 gate, he might get a chance to outpace Oro. Why ??? Oro outpaced KN4, but Gai in my opinion is faster that KN4 because he managed to attack one of the jinchuriki and then after that quickly attack another jinchuriki.

there is always a limit to a Jutsu. Plus its not like he has unlimited amount of Chakra. Orochimaru can not keep regenerating. i really dont see him living after getting hit with the Morning Peacock. The regeneration of his jutsu happens after he has been hit. I Think it will be too much to regenerate when his whole body is on fire and being punched with tremendous amounts of powerful punches

Guy doesnt have unlimited chakra either, especially when using Gates... plus Orochimaru survived being pummeled and having his face literally scratched off by the Kyuubi. I also recall Sasuke surviving being burned by Itachi through Oral Rebirth.

Not only that but Orochimaru has summons that could make it difficult for Guy.

Summonings.. haha. Like what, Gai Smashed two Tailed Beasts to the ground. Im sure he can handle Orochimaru's Summons. Genin Naruto handled it pretty easily. also Manda would have his hand smashed in, Gai's strength in Gates should definitely allow him to send Manda Flying..lolol.. Joking, but Manda will not be a problem.

also Gai has proven that in the 6th Gate, he shows no sign of Tired-ness.

the question i want to ask is what can Orochimaru do against Gai??? What..lol

Unless Gai can obliterate or seal Orochimaru he isn't winning.

Orochimaru tooks multiple hits from the Kyuubi and tsunade with almost no visible damage.

when Tsuande was finished with him, he barely could stand. He was not tanking Tsunade's punches, maybe surviving them but not brushing it off like it was nothing.

but i understand you. Orochimaru can really be defeated only by sealing.

So? That doesnt mean he wont be distracted with multiple boss snakes. Manda alone temporarily survived Deidara's final blast, and Genin Naruto didnt really do that much to the snake in the first place. Also, the sheer number of snakes Orochimaru can summon is a problem (Sea of Snakes jutsu)

Yes, until he does like one or two major attacks. Those alone arent going to finish off Orochimaru, as I said earlier.

While Guy is distracted, handling these dozens of snakes so easily as you say, Orochimaru is going to be shooting Kusanagi through him.
