sweet but short chapter seems like this arc will be wrapping up in the next couple chapters the art for this chapter was bad ass though the fight scenes were drawn really well yet again cant wait to see this in the anime and next week we get background story for grinjo and Tsukishima

Of course it was obvious that neither Ichigo nor Rukia were going to die...

It was a nice moment pretending that they would.

But now we are getting a Tsukishima flashback. Cool.

So...

Ginjo=Aizen
Tsukishima=Gin

So who's Tosen?

Still Riruka better have a damn good reason for saving Ichigo and Rukia.
But of course she won't. It will just be some b.s and she saved him
because she has the hots for him. Shallow jerk she is.

I knew Tsukishima wasn't dead yet, and I also knew Riruka was hiding inside Rukia. Cool chapter this week. I'm looking forward to the flashback next week.

Except with knowledge now on their opponents moves and Yukio isn't dead yet.

As in:
Giriko turns back Time.
Yukio "Saved" the battles.

Compare it to a "Load" Situation in a Game.

You fail to defeat the Boss thus re-load the Game.
Now you have knowledge to what awaits you and can come up with a Strategic Plan to defeat "The Boss/es".

Disappointed that Ginjo didn't put up more of a fight, but Ichigo is Ichigo. Whatev.

Didn't really expect the camaraderie shared between Tsukishima and Ginjo. Thought it was more of an equal status with a bit of bickering, but their relationship seems like what a truly loyal Gin was to Aizen (instead of his acting the whole time).

Yay for revealing flashbacks.

I enjoyed this chapter. Frankly I think Bleach has taken a turn for the better and I was glad that this wasn't going to be an extremely long fight.

Honestly, I wasn't very impressed with this chapter, but seeing as how Maik, the hater of everything not One Piece ( xD ), gave it an 8 out of 10, I might have to go back and read it again to see what I'm all missing.

Everything just seemed way too predictable. I mean, to a certain extent you will always be able to predict the next move when it comes to stuff like this, but the way it was done was just way too careless. I don't know...

I do have to say that I was pretty impressed with Ichigo still. He's not quite as awesome as he has been in the past, but cutting through Ginjo's sword was still pretty awesome. And his new bankai look is kickass, so props to Ichigo still. Maybe I'm just a fanboy, but whatever.

For sure I'm going to go back and read it again. I feel like I missed something.

I'm really curious to see what Ginjo's and Tsukishima's past is.

I mean, Kubo spent an entire page showing how driven Ginjo was for revenge by him repeatedly crawling back to his knees, only to fall down again. Getting revenge seems like the one and only thing Ginjo wants.

I'd say overall, this was a good chapter, but it had some negatives.

Seeing the final blows of the fight was nice. The fight not ending immediately after the last chapter makes it feel more like a climactic fight, although its length was still short compared to most. Admittedly, I would've liked to see more from Ginjo's Bankai and hollow powers, and it's too bad he probably won't survive.

Tsukishima not being dead was the most predictable part of this chapter, but still, he was on the ground and expected to have five minutes left to live. I hope we see some explanation wherein Moe going off after his defeat at Ikkaku's hands was to save Tsukishima's life.

Riruka emerging from Rukia was somewhat predictable. I mean, it wasn't a given, but since Riruka's power is to put herself into other objects the possibility was always there. The real shock is her actually taking the hit for Rukia/Ichigo. Assuming she saw and heard everything going on while Ichigo fought Ginjo, that could've changed her mind. Ginjo's goal is to take revenge on the Soul Society; Yet, Riruka heard herself how the Soul Society's plan to kill both Ginjo and Ichigo turned into Ichigo being allowed to handle the situation in his own way, and receiving deep trust from many Soul Reapers as well as opposition to his secret treatment. There was once a Soul Society whose laws were unjust but never opposed, and this is the Soul Society Ginjo hates. When Ichigo came along and fought the Soul Society's laws, the Soul Society changed from what Ginjo sought to destroy. Ginjo's revenge was no longer any noble cause. When Riruka says Ichigo saved Ginjo, my nearest interpretation is that the Soul Reapers and Soul Society itself no longer deserved the destruction Ginjo wished to bring on them, but Ginjo could never be convinced to stop. Ichigo, the savior of Soul Society, stopped Ginjo from going through with it. It's possible Riruka heard Rukia's thoughts and this was how she came to that realization.

I'm glad we get to see the flashback next chapter. This is what I anticipated the most from this arc, backstory-wise. Even before it was revealed that Ginjo was the "bad guy", I was always interested in seeing a flashback concerning Xcution's inception. Afterwards, I was interested in seeing a Ginjo/Tsukishima flashback, because before and after Ginjo's change, they demonstrate at their every interaction that their relationship is the most unique of any other in Xcution. Among the obvious facts were that Ginjo met Tsukishima before anyone else, and that Tsukishima followed Ginjo for a reason different from why any other member of Xcution did. Probably one of the most important things is that Tsukishima was the only member of Xcution who could possibly have met Ginjo before he gave up his position as Substitute, and now that's been confirmed. Even though it's only begun in this chapter, I'm very eager to read the next to see the circumstances surrounding their relationship, and how it leads up to Ginjo leaving and eventually forming Xcution. We might even learn where the namesake comes from.
