At the very very very least, the PlayStation 3 has better hardware specs, more title exclusives, a better network interface, a decent gaming community (unlike Xbox Live), and free multi player networking.

Not to mention that it has an actual Internet Browser and features more add-ons and gadget software to toy around with than Microsoft's console. However, Xbox is catching up.

PS3 who cares about that. I have only recently dusted off mine. For one their online play used to suck hard. They not too long ago got thier act together. That is why it now was free. Though I admit now it's definetely gotten better. But I still prefer the 360.

What are you talking about? PSN's been free since the day it was launched.

PS3 all the way
The online is better since it's free(unlike Xbox live), supports 1080p(Xbox supports this too, but it's not made to support it.)Not a cheap knockoff of other gadgets(Kinect=eye toy clone)(though you could say move was a wii plus clone) Better protected against pirating(a pro and con, but mostly a pro)Internet browser, Seemingly faster, and quite a bit more.
The only thing I can think of that the xbox holds over the PS3 is the analog stick
Using the analog stick on the PS3 is just awkward IMO while playing FPS's

PS3 for me. PS3 has a lot better exclusives in my opinion. Plus, the majority of games on 360 are on PS3 or PC as well. And I don't give a fudge about FPS's.

PS3 360 has no good exclusives that aren't shooters or halo PS3 exclusives or unique and different for example the last of us and the last guardian and you dont have to pay for online unless u choose to be a play station plus member but even then u get free stuff XBL dont give u anything like that plus ps3 is built better

Xbox 360 for me. I also have a PS2 but haven't played on that for about 6 years. I got an Xbox to play on Star Wars: Knights Of The Old Republic and i've never gone back the Playstation since.

Heh... this question again. I like the 360, but I've always preferred the PS3. I've been a fan of the Sony consoles ever since the release of the PS1 back in 2000. I haven't given up on Sony since! I'm no fanboy, because if I had the money, I would get myself an Xbox 360 XD.

I have both and prefer 360. It just honestly fells like 360 is easier to access and play.

I still don't understand why the 360 is such a pain in the ass when it comes to reliability. I never had any problems with my N64 or PS2. It might of froze once in a while but it never overheated and it never broke in any other way.
Maybe the 360 is prone to breaking and overheating because it has to support more data. Idk but it is annoying. The new 360 S and Elites are good though. I haven't had one problem yet with the new 360's.
