Does Takigakure ( Hidden Waterfall Village ) have potential to be a strong shinobi Village??

Perhaps. I mean, they did have a tailed beast meaning they had some power to speak of.

I have to agree with you on that, but since they dont have a tailed beast now I dont know how powerful they are now. Do they even still have that kinjutsu that Kakazu stole ?

i think they can be strong but they going have to prove there a worthy opponent

I think they can,but it will take years to prove there strength in my opinion.if they still have there kinjutsu that would help them a lot.And perhaps speed up the process.Though at the same time possibly bringing another shinobi war because of it.

The Tailed Beasts were given away to stabilize the Balance of Power.

Consider:
Takigakure got 1 tailed Beast. 7 Tails- 3rd strongest
Kumogakure got 2. 2 Tails and 8 Tails - 2nd weakest and 2nd strongest
Kirigakure has 2. 3 Tails and 6 Tails etc.
Iwagakure has 2. 4 and 5 Tails etc
Konoha has 1 the 9 tails. etc
Suna has the 1 Tail. etc.

Also that it was during Hashiramas Era so when Villages were just founded most likely.

Now look:
Takigakure obtained the Nanabi while Kumogakure,Iwagakure and Kirigakure received 1 more.

I daresay its a possibility that Takigakure was a majorly powerful Village which probably had to do with ther Kinjutsu.
Prolonged Life,Multiple Hearts that can operate by themselves,A Body of Thread,Stealing Jutsus,

It was likely feared due to that.

Quite the potential to be one of the strongest.
