The Ultimate Vengeance: This Fullbring allows Skelter to how down enemies with his gold bullet necklace that becomes a 16-chambered pistol.

The problem, however, is that the bullets are weak and gold. However, his fullbring allows him to make the bullets stronger as long as he is hurt in some way by the enemy, physically or mentally.

If someone stabs him, the bullets are stronger, and if someone murders a close friends, the bullets are stronger as well. This is why he only kills people who have tie-ins with him in some way. The more he gets hurt, the stronger and faster the bullets become, and when he is enraged, they become explosive and elemental, allowing thousands of affects for his bullets.

Insanity pistol and Cataclysm pistols are all confidential.

Ever since he was a child, Skelter had a strange personality. He would always take revenge on anyone who harmed him or his loved ones in any possible way by killing them mercilessly.

Soon, after his parents found corpses riddled with bullets, they sent him to a mental asylum, which he broke out out easily because he managed to retrieve his Fullbring focus, which was taken by the warden for himself, since he thought he could make a quick buck off of the gold.

Skleter managed to reach the bullet in time, and he ended up shooting down a few guards. He was a wanted criminal in Canada, but he managed to start a new life in Europe, changing his identity and face in the process. he has some tie-ins with Xcution, but they never met formally. He now works as a traveling mercenary who mainly stays in Italy.
