Wow I feel dumb. Of course she has knowledge on FTG. Pretty much everyone alive during Minato's time does. And didn't she issue FTG to be used on Mei? lol.

Well it'd be pretty hard to get someone with FTG when you have knwoeldge

I showed evidence of him using chakra arms to blitz Orochimaru, which appeared from under the ground in an instant, forcing him to evade and use Shadow snakes to counter. How this isn't fast is beyond me.

I don't need to. You agreed Orochiamru could dodge a Rasenshuriken, yet he had problems dodging Tsunade's punches.

Your counter was he let her, with no evidence.

If anything, address that.

Clearly you can see the chakra cloak and hand.

You can't say something is fast because of an asumption.

I sincerely disagree.

Nothing in the manga suggests she was trying to somehow hypothesize where Manda would be when he attacked Gamabunta.

She most likely saw Gamabunta was having problems and picked the blade up, leaped above where Manda was blitzing and dropped the blade at the precise time.

The fact of the matter is she leaped hundreds of feet above them in the spot where she knew he'd be, with little to no time, and dropped the blade in that same spot. That's a speed feature. She clearly read his movements and reacted accordingly.

I see a chakra cloak, you stated Sasuke reacted to chakra arms.

He did not.

He put a wing out and blocked a melee claw by KN1 Naruto.

Well considering she is a Kage level shinobi, she probably deduced that Manda would go after Bunta and Jiraiya because they are the biggest threat to him.

Gamabunta lost the blade just before that blitz. So no she did not have time to think that over.

She managed to get the blade and still leap above both of them, reacting to Manda's blitz while Gamabunta couldn't by bringing it down in that short time span.

Well you got me there on how Tsunade got the blade so fast. But for reaching Bunta in time, I think she like channelled Chakra to her legs to give her like super lept so that she could cover that distance. If she could use chakra to strengthen her punches and kicks, no reason to see why she cant strengthen her jumps as well. Just saying.

Honestly that seems like a major cover up to the obvious fact the feature is valid and she is by all means very, very fast.

But the problem is, its not proven on screen. She has not even shown that she has fast reaction speed of feat speed for that matter. We are all speculating now.
She may or may not be fast. Hopefully the next few chapters can shed some light on her speed feats.
