Not really particularly, although they hadn't learned their lesson since being banned

People like MinatoXNaruto, basically people who just refuse to debate with plain respect for others.

Well I never really had problems with them other than minor debating disagreements but that occurs with anyone.

As for that user, well you will find people like that all over the place.
Sometimes people flame because they think its the best course of action.
