If Kakashi were to get another sharingan?
What would happen if Kakashi got another sharingan but the new one could not go Mangekyou? would he get better a fighting, get worse at fighting, or stay the same

He doesn't need to have another one. Its the only thing that keeps him from getting so hax like all the Uchiha characters. Besides, the strain from one has left him bedridden for a week in the past. Two would probably kill him if he overused them.

If he had both Sharingan in his eyes he would have to stay blind all day, otherwise it'd drain his chakra completely.

Not possible,that way,he'd have to live with his eyes covered all the time to stop the chakra drain.
