Itachi is a good guy, why would being on autoplane not disprove his Tsukuyomi being impressive? I had figure, considering he is on autoplane after all and he did not use Tsukuyomi, it mustn't be as effective as you all are claiming.

Why would "Itachi" use tsukuyomi on Naruto? Itachi never wanted to kill Naruto, Itachi seemly liked Naruto and wanted him to carry out a plan for him.

Precisely my point, heroeking. You claim he was in fact on "autoplane", and therefore was out to kill Naruto. You also claim he was making eye contact.

Now despite Tsukuyomi being instant and all powerful, despite knowledge to avoid eye contact, apparently you cannot avoid no matter what and Itachi always uses it. Yet it was not used, despite apparently being all these things that you claim.

Itachi by all means was holding back. This is why he started with fire ball, and not Amy.

This is why Negato did not start with CT.

This was because according to heroeking, he was on "autoplane". Itachi was not trying to kill Naruto, Itachi was not Itachi, he was out for the kill yet there was no Tsukuyomi used. I wonder why? This is a question yet to be answered.

I did not ask for an irrelevant reason. Heroeking and yourself both claim it is so instant and powerful, yet when Itachi was out to kill Naruto it was not used. To add to this, they were making eye contact. Unless you can provide proof as to why Itachi will use it this time around.

3. There is no plot here, Itachi could kill most opponents very quickly, no good story there

It's not a claim, it is rather instant after MS is out, with no clear distance cap.

Both Negato and Itachi wanted Naruto to win, this was clear throughout the battle. Adding onto that Kishi's job to give a good, long fight since he's the author and needs to sell, there's your logic.

Chapter 142 page thirteen tends to disagree, it took quite some time.

Now not only this in the situation against Naruto he did not use it, he was going for the kill. This knowledge you are claiming is no proof, I still have doubt you are going to have to do better, he had used it against Kakashi without knowledge as well as Kabuto has plenty knowledge on Naruto.

Plot? Then how do you define "in character" or what happened in the manga as evidence if you can easily label everything you do not like as plot? Whether it was for the point of plot, this had still happened and Itachi had not used Tsukuyomi when there could have been an easy kill here, clearly not as powerful as you are claiming.

They were scouting for Naruto.

Your logic: Top tier tactician Itachi allows Naruto to not only enter his Kyuubi mode, but also create clones, who he knows to be very fast and powerful, before he decides to use Genjutsu.

My logic is not "Top tier tactician Itachi allows Naruto to not only enter his Kyuubi mode, but also create clones, who he knows to be very fast and powerful, before he decides to use Genjutsu" rather than "Itachi cannot use Tsukuyomi instantly at the beginning of the match, as I have provided sources where multiple ninja made eye contact with Itachi yet he did not use it, and when he did, each ninja was capable of forming multiple sentences and actions beforehand. As well as there is no proof on your part Itachi is capable of this, as I had asked you to prove that he will do this at the beginning of the match."

How about this, Itachi uses genjutsu at the start. Before Naruto disrupts his chakra, Itachi slices his head off/the end. Either way Naruto loses.
