Masashi will eventually get tired of writing Naruto, and he will end it with some twists and turns, but I think overall, around volume 65.

Well there are a lot of things that need to be touched upon before, like:

The three new akutsuki members,
Killer Bee,
Naruto learning three of the fourth's jutsu(he already learned one or two)
The great war
Final Clash

These are the major arcs that need to be finished, there are a lot more arcs.

Well, I hope it ends on 70. I've read naruto since volume 1, and have enjoyed it. I really don't want it to end, but all things must come to an end. I'm just hoping 70...

The Fourth has 3 jutsu? And Naruto's going to learn all of them? Where did you hear that?
