It might have been locked for a reason that would have affected the rules.

So I am pretty sure you can't get it unlocked

I know what thread she's talking about.

I locked it because currently, in that section, any threads that have an obvious outcome are going to be trolled. Even the good threads are. I was trying to prevent an outburst of people's trolling.

Here's a noob question: Why is it that when I check my rep, some are greyed out? I still get points, but they are greyed. I'm just curious

It signifys Neutral rep given. By someone with a rep power less than 1. you can gain pointsif a rep power of one is given postively or negatively twice of the same type.
power0=0
power1 =.5rep point
2=1
3=1.5
4=2

and so on and so forth.
