Ulquiorra VS Starrk

I'm bringing the much-debated Espada fight back for my (not-so) new Bleach Tier List. Aizen named Starrk number 1 among the Espada, but Aizen never saw Ulquiorra's second Resureccion. So, who is truly the Espada's best?

Conditions:
- In character
- Starting distance: 30 meters
- Location: Any location that doesn't hinder their abilities

I just decided not to come on as much. No particular reason.

Generally, people have said Ulquiorra in Segunda Etapa takes it, but that's still debatable. Lanza del Rampago is probably something Starrk can't take and survive from, but Starrk's wolf pack is still quite dangerous and can surround Ulquiorra. They both have formidable variations of Cero and quite impressive speed, so I'd say they're evenly matched at their base forms. If the battle progressed normally, Starrk's Resurreccion would probably get the better of Ulquiorra's first form, because I think Cero Metralleta (If that's the name, memory's a bit fuzzy on it) is too much for Ulquiorra to stop with even his most powerful Cero in Resureccion. Also difficult to dodge.

IIRC, Starrk's Wolf Pack is literally unstoppable. They're simply made of Starrk's soul and can reform after any hit.

Speed-wise, Segunda Etapa Ulquiorra was casually blitzing Bankai Ichigo. Starrk easily held up against 3 of the more experienced Captains in Bleach. Can't really judge much from that.

from what the canon ofers to us ulquiorra is faster than stark
and at ulq. speed he can blitz stark

But Starrk has his wolves which means he can surround Ulquiorra and then bombard him with ceros while he is trying to avoid being blown up by kamekaze wolves.

This is what I hate about bleach top espada. Its hard to compare.

I mean technically 2nd ressurreccion Ulq should be superior though unless then why did Kubo give that to him.

Like I said comparisons are just too vague because of the daily dosage of Kuboism this manga receives in power level.

Again I also ask why did Kubo even bother to create a 2nd state for Ulqui-emo.

Considering that Ulquiorra was nearly blitzing vizard Ichigo in his first state, and you say shunsui can too which is very possible. But we don't how that correlates directly if you get what I am saying.

I'm saying even Tyranosaurichigo in his ult hollow form isn't overly comparable too Shunsui in speed or hax or even durability and he mangled ulqi

whereas Stark is..and better yet has the ability to pull a viet nam and just carpet bomb the area

Here is the crux of the matter which I get confused over.
2nd release is supposed to (theoretically) increase speed strength power reiatsu

Sadly Starrk's release does seem better overall. Other than Cero Oscuras. Now I am not sure if Ulq is the only one who can do that.
