Now that you mention is, 06 Seem'd down right Crappy i think Shadow was "OK", probably the last i could stand of the series. But after 06 i still had A little hope, Rings killed it.

Teehee, I beat Generations, but I don't have the achievements or those stupid red star rings. I'm in the process of completing 06 now, but my favorites were adventure 2, DX, and Heroes

I bought '06 but it didn't work so I got pissed and traded it for Ninja Gaiden 2. I'm hoping to buy Generations or get it for Christmas soon. It looks amazing on the commercials; I envy you. >.>

06 would be a good game if it was complete. Sega decided to rush it because it was an anniversary game and they didn't want to keep the fans waiting. Instead they pissed off most of the fans and gave some a new character to add to their favorites list(Silver).

For one thing, the characters would have probably been faster, the load times would probably have been less frequent, and the few spots that were a chore to play(Silver's ball puzzle and the final level, for example) probably would have been easier because the characters would have handled easier.

Yeah Silver was EXTRA slow.

I could understand Silver being slow because his gameplay was focused around his psychokinesis, but he was a little too slow for my liking. He also had an issue where if you tried to throw multiple things at once, the objects would run into each other and go off course or explode. This was a major problem when you try to use him in the final boss fight with Solaris because if you try to catch and throw back more than about 10 meteors, they all hit each other and you're lucky if 2 or 3 get to him.

They should have finished the game, no matter how long it would have taken them. I enjoyed the story, just most of the gameplay was unpolished. The one exception was Blaze, for some reason they made her fast and pretty easy to handle. Heck even Sonic, the title character, was slow and didn't turn very well, especially during his mach speed sections. I died so many times on the one in Crisis City because of the camera angle and inability to dodge obstacles combined with floaty jumps.

I think there was something about a lawsuit so they really didn't have a choice but to rush,though I do wonder why they couldn't patch it.

That was also the case in Sonic Adventure. There was an unused quote telling you how to become Super Sonic. But now there's a cheat in the PC version that lets you do that anyways.
