I think Sai would win because Tenten would need to hit him. Once she destroys all of his ink monsters more will be waiting for her. She couldn't stop them all, let alone Sai.

Quite sure Tensasai can mess up pretty much everyone.

Question is if Tenten has the speed to use it.

Features doesn't mean she can them use them.

Me: Wait, she doesn't carry those around. And she has no prep.

Or

You: "Oh, Orochimaru uses Edo Tensei"

Bottom line, she only carries what's shown in the manga. The OPer didn't state she was carrying special scrolls.

I believe the jutsu Vivi was referring to came from her big scroll which she always carries..

I think so.... and I believe she can use it repeatedly!
And Tenten has strong weapons like Fuma Shurikens and Exploding Sphere
Iron Protection Wall > offensive super beast scroll
And she also has her Heavenly Chain of Destruction which is almost impossible to dodge because the range of the weapons is large and this technique is being used by someone who has expert accuracy skills

OP mentions Anime included so she does have everything she showed from not just the Manga but the Anime as well.

Tenten vs Tenten.In just one scene we see 8 different Weapons.

Oh and she carries 3 going after recent chapters.

You stating they're able to use them doesn't mean she's prepared to.

Again, Orochimaru can use Edo Tensei in both the manga and anime, it doesn't mean he can on the spot.

Physically she does not carry all of her weapon scrolls.

Ladies and gentlemen we all know deep down that Tenten is Juubi or Ten Tailed Beast level. Why else she carries that huge giant scroll around. Its only a matter of time.

I never liked this outcome. But I suppose its to showcase how much Sai gets stronger with emotions such as when he is "angry"

She doesn't need to, since she still has good filler attacks in whatever scroll she'd be carrying here.

I never liked it either, which is why I deny it by saying that Sasori and Deidara sat there not even trying to stop him because they were too arrogant. Which is true, of course.
