The user won't have to maintain it for a long time considering the exceptional speed of pretty much all of the Uchiha. Definitely far surpassing any speed that Hyuuga has shown.

As i recall the byakugan serves for taijutsu which includes speed

Please provide page and chapter references that include someone stating that Byakugan enhances speed. Other than that, you're only assuming.

The Byakugan fatigues people.

Whether the Byakugan or Sharingan is better is based on opinion. But even so, I still choose Byakugan over Sharingan, since I've always wanted to be able to see through things and things all around me, like things behind me.

Also, the Byakugan may fatigue people for a short time, but the Mangekyo Sharingan can cause you to lose your eyesight.

As i said, Neji was fatigued after using Byakugan too long when he was fighting the Zetsus.

We know everything about the byakugan, we just keep finding more techniques that can be used with it.

Also techniques like 8 trigrams 64 palms technically aren't byakugan techniques. ANYONE can do it, they just won't know where the chakra points are.

my point is the byakugan grants the user near 360 and many more visions of view thus promoting the user amazing natural taijutsu skills which leads to odvious speed in combat

in part 1 sasuke lost to lee in a blink of an eye an lee there was slow just showing that the sharingan or uchiha arent naturally talented in taijutsu while neji was as fast as lee with his weights off

Let's not confuse the Byakugan with personal skill; those evasive skills were Neji's real skills but the extra vision led him to see through his blind spots I believe, so it's basically a radar on Halo (yeah bad comparsion ^.-) It's very useful for sensing and detecting the nature of certain jutsu, and it can see the opening points when used by a skilled user. Gentle Fist and the points being shut down are very tough to deal with.

But if you're counting MS variants... they have too many offensive and defensive capabilities like Amaterasu which made a very strong Bijuu kneel in pain

1)Sasuke had like 1 or 2 tomoe
2)3 Tomoe Sasuke would be able to keep up as he kept up with Kyuubi Naruto
3)Neji was never as fast as lee with weights off. Wher'd u get that
