Even the people who were banned are able to come back. They seem to have numerous alts anyway. If they come back and follow rules as well as everyone else, they won't be banned either.

I propose that we all unban everyone and start all over again with a warning for all.
If I was the head I would do this then again I am not much of a Moderator material.

Also bring Kuromaki back as mod.

Also no future mod meddling who never come here please and yes I am not trying to start something.

There is this major misunderstanding going on: mod abuse hitlerade conspiracy vs trolls and perceived trolls.

Na the only one that actually deserved it was heroking.

Not just for trolling, flaming, ect.

But because he broke more then just BG Rules.

He broke several general Forum Rules and BG Rules and was just annoying.

You all should know that [Shikamaru] has his own aggressive style at times.

He clashes with me most of the time. You should have seen when Dudemeister aka Nyruss and he clashed then again I don't think you guys remember him or know him.

But he does spark debating in his own way.

Devilslawyer was right when saying VIZ is very tame compared to others. Not saying flaming is great but then when you see something that you feel it is very illogical or just defying sense what do you do.

You could be nice about it or flame or something else. I try to be nice at first in a blunt way anyway,

Just a little thought on that, an unbiased judge = encourages less flame + the more reasonable side wins
Doesn't have to be for hanky points or anything just additional threads

Thats the ideal way but it won't always occur but the forums has to be flexible enough.

But it seems pretty fair, doesn't it? Anybody that can persuade the judge has a better chance, flaming would decrease their chance (or just ban them from posting in the thread) and useless arguments are no good here, don't see why it can't just be a supplement
