Serious Jutsus only - Requirements needed

I am already aware that there is a "create a jutsu" thread however i have seen many spam or joke jutsus this thread is for people who have invented REALISTIC and SERIOUS jutsus no joke or overpowered ones please.

Pyro Jutsu = Kekkei Genkai for myself, has been taught to the user - The Kazekage

Jutsu Name: Pyro Rasengan
Hand Signs: Ox -> Horse -> Serpent -> Tiger
Rank: B
Element: Fire

Effect: This is similar to the Wind release Rasengan however the chakra is MUCH more condensed and the chakra gathered has the ability to eat into an opponents chakra network and to debilitate their organs thus killing them in a quick amount of time. It also has the ability to be thrown from the hand and due to the pressure of the chakra fly at speeds of 100mph and upwards thus being very accurate.

Weakness: Must use hand signs to focus the chakra rather than just gathering it in your hand, can be broken by most A+ rank Water element Jutsus however must be a direct hit on the chakra.

Requirements: Needs perfect chakra control, and also perfect element release control, the user must also have high levels of chakra to repeatedly use this Jutsu. The user also needs to obviously have Fire element Chakra this CANNOT be trained the affinity MUST be pre-set at birth.

Effect: Starts the same as the Pyro Rasengan however this Jutsu is designed to be thrown as it has the strange capability to home in on any chakra network you pick and when it manages to hit directly it "invades" the body and incinerates the targets chakra network thus killing them within a few seconds.

Weakness:Can be broken by S rank water Jutsus however must be a direct hit on the chakra, needs focus to keep the homing ability intact.

Requirements: needs high levels of chakra to even perform a few times, must have a birth set fire affinity (CANNOT be trained), also needs perfect chakra control, element control and perfect focus.

Effect: While the seals are being performed the user must intensify their chakra throughout their body and when finished will release this through all 64 chakra points, this then gives the body a fiery aura. This aura gives enhanced speed and strength and also gives the user the ability to form Pyro Rasengans instantly while still in this state.

Weakness: Takes time to complete the Jutsu, drains chakra quickly, can damage user on a cellular level if used for too long.

Requirements: Must have chakra levels equivilant to the Two-Tails to use the Jutsu. Must have a birth set fire affinity (CANNOT be trained), also needs perfect chakra control, element control.

Hand Signs: None

Element: Seismic

Effect: First you build up Seismic release chakra in your hands which forms into an orb. You push the orb into an object and matter to be exact. The wave capture in a circular sphere which breaks down the matter. Example: You push the orb in a giant boulder, the waves spread over the entire boulder, then it breaks the matter down, leaving nothing.

Weakness: It's a close range attack, and it takes a lot of chakra. If you miss, you're wide open for a blitz.

Element: Lightning (Charging Gate)/Wind (Moon Blade)

Effect: User performs first handsigns and releases Charging Gate, an electric field around the user that zaps anything that crosses it from the outside in. User then performs second handsigns and can then hurl a Moon Blade (a crescent moon-shaped blade of pure Wind Chakra which is only sharp on the outside) throught the Charging Gate, creating Charging Moon Blade. The blunt side of the Moon Blade collects Lightning Chakra as it passes through the field. The Charging Moon Blade cuts through almost anything. The Wind Chakra cuts through most things alone, and the Lightning Chakra zaps through the things the Moon Blade can't cut.
Weakness: Requires a large amoun of Chakra and control to keep up two jutsu simultaneously. Charging Gate can be penetrated by going underground.

If you have normal chakra with a different affinity, but you have black chakra (a kekkei tota I made up, with an affinity for all five), can you do the last one?

sadly no you have to have a single affinity and that is fire plus its a kekki genkai anyway

Element: Wind (obviously by the jutsu's name XD)

Effect: Fires off bullets made of air that are the size of a human mouth blowing out air. With the Wind Enhanced chakra, this attack is deadly.

Weakness: Hand signs needed, requires quite a bit of chakra.

Requirements: Practice and must be born with Wind nature, which is rare.

This is a physical Kekkei Genkai where the user of this can turn themselves into a wolf, with the all their benefits. The user can only use this Kekkei Genkai for ten minutes every hour, this come is due to the fact that in uses much physical strength for a shinobi to keep it up for too long. After the Kekkei Genkai has finished, the user is overcome with a great hunger. This kekkei genkai unlocks a new jutsu to any that wields the kekkei genkai - this jutsu is Dancing Wolf of the Winds.

Description:
Dancing Wolf of the Winds is a technique that creates a mighty gust of wind what soon forms into a large wolf. This wolf will chase after anything that it smells as a menace to the caster or the wolf itself. This of course can mean that it could turn against the caster if it does not like what it is to do. The wolf will sprint around making giant gales which can form into Hurricanes, Tornadoes or Cyclones. The one problem with this technique is that the caster must at all times keep his hands together while channeling this jutsu.
Weakness:
The weakness of this jutsu is if the caster releases his hands the jutsu will immediately disappear. This technique also requires great chakra control from the ninja.

Effect: While using handsigns, the user gathers chakra to the hands. once done the user slashes at the enemy releasing the stored up chakra forming large Claws resembling a Bears. these fly at the enemy at an alarming rate

Weakness: Claws can only move in a straight line. takes a bit of chakra.

Jutsu Name: Kuma Roar (not the most original names but whatever)

Element: Fire

Effect. User creates fires radiating from their hands. This increases both speed and power of taijutsu and other fire ninjutsus. Also leaves burns even without a direct hit

Weakness: drains almost 50% of chakra: constantly burns the users hands(not as bad as burns to the enemy)

Weakness: Requires a good handle on chakra control, concentration as well as the weakness towards water. Can explode in your face if concentration is lost

Effect: Using Fire manipulation, you form a spear of fire in your hands that's about four feet long. Using your normal chakra, you create a coat around the spear to keep it from dispersing. The next is obvious, you throw it at the enemies. Because of the lightness of the spear, it will be much faster and it will go through some objects such as trees and thin stone walls. Using the Ram seal, you can choose for it to explode when you wish.

Second Jutsu

Name: Forbidden Technique: God of Fire (禁じられたテクニック：火を神)

Hand Seals: Dog - Snake - Hare - Boar - Horse - Monkey - Dog - Hare - Rat - Bird - Horse - Dragon -- Tiger - Ram

Rank: Kinjutsu, S-Rank, Senppuku.

Weaknesses: Large amount of Chakra and the time required to complete the jutsu. It also initiates the death of the user unless the user cannot die by normal means. Requires strong chakra control and training in Fire manipulation

Effect: When the user activates the jutsu, he gathers the largest amount of chakra he can within a minute. After the minute is finished, the user converts all the chakra into fire-based chakra, causing all the fire to explode from the users body, effectively killing him, and anyone within a two kilometer radius. The fire that comes from the jutsu is different, as the fire will not go out for three days, and water is ineffective in extinguishing the flames.

Weakness: A chakra taxing technique with a very likely chance of dying. Can also cause the user to weaken after using the jutsu. Large pain and a week resting period is needed if the jutsu is successful.

Effect: This jutsu is not a combat jutsu, but mainly for personal use. What this jutsu does is take the blood of another person/animal and use chakra to integrate the DNA of another organism into his own. This can successfully integrate another persons bloodlines into yourself, such as the Sharingan or 'Shoton' (Crystal Release). This jutsu is extremely risky. The user can possibly die from the differentiating DNA or become weak because the persons DNA was mutated.
