By appearance, Kubo has the edge. His drawings are very detailed and IMO, are the best looking out of the Big 3.

By actual character development, both have their faults. They're equal in this department for me.

I say Oda outstrips Kubo in that by some margin minus some scenarios.


Naruto and Ichigo.
One has development yet has its god awful moments and emotional streak. The other not so much at times and ends up being bland at times.

Bleach is straight copy from naruto. Doesnt it sound familar, Naruto sounds like Ichigo. Uzumaki sounds like Kurosaki. Ichigo has something inside of him, just like naruto. Bakudo has hand signs just like jutsu. Sosuke, Sasuke. Gin ichimaru, orochimaru. I gotta go with my man Kishi. Espada = akatsuki. Yamamoto = hokage. Hinata and orihime are nice too him. Sakura and Rukia are more on the more strict side. Urahara and Kakashi have that cool personality. Kishi all the way. Bleach used to be good, but it got boring after the ulquiorra fight. Too many inconsistencies, strength-wise

Bleach is not a copy from Naruto, much of the stuff you said, are found in many mangas.

The only you can mainly say is that Naruto started 2 years earlier.

anime pokemon makes bleach inconsistencies look minimal. Not saying bleach inconsistencies are any great. Naruto has them too, but bleach is more lulzworthy.

@bolded this actually fits kubo a lot more than Kishimoto and at times although I am not one of those who believe they do it on purpose with malicious intent.

But when Kubo does seem to do it its actually funny at times and very sad.

Kishimoto's results just end up being stupid.

Sasori and Deidara got trolled. Orochimaru. Konan at least has the excuse of not knowing about Izanagi, though she still utilized her attacks very poorly.

Compare: Espada #1 (killed by a shikai with no bankai in sight), Espada #3 (randomly killed off by Aizen), #4 (H2 Ichigo = bullcrap), #5 (Look ma, two hands!), #10/0 (I'M THE STRONGEST! Oh wait no I'm not. BUT WAIT, I'VE GOT MORE POWER NOW! Oh too bad I got killed easily).
Gin(Aizen > poison).
Tousen (< eyesight).

if 'trolling' is a part of Kubo's manga, then its quality 'trolling', and some of his characters are 'trolls' by nature, thats just how they are, Aizen and Tsukishima being examples, its just how they are, its part of their abilities

Kakashi's been repeatedly trolled since the beginning of the manga, but why i bring it up now is with the recent developments of the 3rd raikages powers, its completly contradicts and disrepects Kakashi. chidori/raikiri is Kakashi's signature attack created by kakashi, 4th raikage E even said that "chidori is kakashis trick' after seeing sasuke do it, and was impressed, yet his fathers attack, who is older than kakashi, is somhow stronger? just how much can Kishi disgrace kakashi's character? cant he think of a different abiliy for 3rd raikage without having to troll kakashi? seriosly 3rd raikages abilites dont even exist to me, there a disgrace to kakashi and his character

There really is no such as positive "quality trolling" but anyway you probably realize that. Yes its now sadly part of the manga.

The ability is similar and different at some points. It does ruin some of the raikiri originality in Narutoverse but I wouldn't consider that much of a trolling.

If anything, it is a troll on the characters' presumed uniqueness.

Such as how Red Magic Eyeballs were considered extremely rare back in the day, but now people like Madara and Danzo are wasting them quicker than the human eye could see.

regardles of said things i still and always have liked the feel of Bleach

lol just typed a rather large segment about 'trolling of kakashi' only to be trolled by my internet connection lol lost the post, but anyways its the most distasteful i've been with a 'manga happening' in a while...quite distasteful, seriosly raikiri is kakashi's ONLY ability he is notable for creating, and kishi has to go and ruin it?
