Sasuke vs Zuko

First off: Zuko dies horribly if he faces an unrestricted Sasuke.

But as limited in the OP, I'd say Zuko wins. Zuko has better control of fire and can redirect any electric attack Sasuke uses on him, except possibly Kirin -- but that requires the right weather conditions. So more correctly, if Sasuke can use Kirin he wins but if not he loses.

If anything Kirin is the one and only attack he can redirect.

Chidori is on Sasuke's hand and is a speed jab how can Zuko redirect that?

Chidori Spear is an extended reach with the Chidori it's not likw Zuko can grab a chakra blade and use it as his own.

He can catch and shoot Lightning striking in a unchanged and pure form like what he did when training to use it with his Uncle and when his Father shot it at him at the end of the series.

It's still electricity. Zuko would grab Sasuke's hand or spear without risk of harm and direct the flow through his body, just like he lets normal lightning hit his hand as he redirects it.
