Kabuto. Easily the most evil thing out there. Everyone turned evil at an older age but him? Seriously? Apart from him, Sasuke is the worst.

I don't dislike anyone on the list. I least like Itachi though. That comes a lot from all the overrated comments I hear about it. It's really hard to like a character you find overrated when everyone seems to worship him like a God.
My favorites are Kabuto and Danzo however. Just for how mischievously intelligent they are. I also wouldn't necessarily call Danzo a villain. Maybe not even Kabuto.

I just dont see the true evil in any of thm especially Itachi, Pein, Konan and Danzou whose true purpose is their villages' interest, which is not evil.

Sasuke Uchiha!!!!! I am just so damn sick of that whiny jerk constantly complaining about his stupid problems "Ooooooh, my brother killed my family, I'll kill him" then "Oooooh, My brother is dead, I'll kill everyone". He is just such a jerk.
Oh and by the way, I don't think that Itachi is a villain, in light of recent events he should be reclassified as a hero. XD

Kishi never made a villain better than Orochimaru. He was the best. Madara doesnt even compare.

i don't think some of these characters are villians. itachi turned out to be good and pain and konan end up turning good as well.
i think sasuke's is the most evil because he doesn't care about anyone anymore |
