With Jay and Ye's duo album, Watch the Throne, out, opinions have spiraled for quite a while. However, another question is which revision of the album was the best?
Before, when H.A.M. was released, and even following it, listeners to the exclusive, immensely hyped album, rated it a hip hop classic, ranking it with albums such as Illmatic, Reasonable Doubt, Ready to Die, et cetera. However recently, Jay revealed that he and Kanye had three different revisions of the album, including and excluding certain songs from the album. All that fuss was likely due to mixed reviews from Lex Luger's H.A.M. The released album is the third, hence the finalized, revision of Watch the Throne. In it, we hear echoes of the latter two revisions. So here's the question: Which revision would have been sitting at the throne's throne? Spoiler:
