Was his opponent around or even in the speed class of Itachi's reactions?

If not, it's not light speed, but only speculated to be.

The main point against Link is simple. You need to pull the weapons out before using them.

Itachi can clearly blitz someone "peak human"

Yet you still didn't counter the fact he needs to pull the weapons out before initiating the attack.

It was never mentioned.All he does is wave his and if it hits,he just pretty much warps to the enemy and slices the crap out of him/her.

Light arrows aren't light speed. Why should it be? Was it ever implied?
Like Lee said, Link is peak human or maybe superhuman bottom tier.

Can he beat Itachi? Yes with hax items for Link's items are powerful but Link has to pull it out in time. And depending on the distance Itachi can blitz easily too.

Yes.A,mostly,regular....elf can move his arm at light speed.
It really doesn't even take half a second to do.

No,but like I said before he'll more than likely start with susano instead of blitzing so....,,yeah.

Why would he start with Susano? He's never used it in battle other than to seal Orochimaru, saving Sasuke.
