How do you know they never signed a document? It never says one
way or another. The breaking and entering and violation of privacy
don't matter here. He's only suing her for $5 for the piggy bank.

Also it never said what time she broke the piggy bank
nor what time the interest started accumulating.

Let's say she loans him $5 on Sunday at 2 pm

First Day is Sunday 2pm. He owes her $5
Second Day is Monday 2pm. He owes her $10.
Third Day is Tuesday 2pm. He owes her $15.

He borrowed $5 from her on the first day.

On the second day he does not pay her back.

On the third day she takes the money back.

1st day is Sunday 2pm.
2nd day is monday 2pm (24 hours past)
3rd day is tuesday 2pm (36 hours past)

Of course we don't know when all this happened but it's just to
show that the time could of passed

But she left $5 which is what she originally lent. She could of just been
taking the interest.

But then why take $10 out of $15 owed to her?

Plus it never says anything about forgiving the debt.
She could have left the $5 knowing he would sue
and that it would make the interest grow even more.

It was at 15.

Allow me to explain.

loans $5 at 100% interest for 1 day.

Day 1: $5 owed

A day passes by and does not pay the $5 plus 100% interest.

Day 2: $10 owed

The next day finds and breaks the $5 valued piggy bank of and takes $10.

Day 3: $15 owed

Depends what there relationship is. If they were friends the girl would be like yo..i left you 5 dollars for the piggy bank. The guy would be like oh aight my bad for suing you. If they aint friends girls at fault no matter what. She gets sued and has to pay back the 5...end of story. She damaged property...

YEA and a friend would let it go. If they werent friends on the other hand i wouldnt like the idea of you breakin in my house. But lets put it this way..SO i can break into ur crib and trash ur computer then give u what ever its worth. The pigggy had sentimental value, just like your pics nd sht on ur computer.

WELLL if you wanna get technical you cannot sue for under $20 dollars. (i was forced to memorize the constitution last year by my evil History teacher, like ...im never gonna have to recite them, but damn they actually came in handy.)
