HST Chapter of the Week 26

The break's over, and don't lie to yourself; This was an awesome week for the HST. Picking which one's best is going to be difficult, so I'd recommend either picking a three-way tie or just going with the series you're a bigger fan of overall. Still, if you follow all three series, you should really read them all before voting, because I thought they were very well done.

One Piece definitely made a come back, so that deserves props, but the Bleach chapter pulled out all of the classic elements that make it good, and Itachi in battle was good to see as well as Nagato's final words. Got my eyes watery a bit.

Although I like this week's Naruto chapter, I enjoyed One Piece the most.

After weeks and weeks of Naruto, Bleach prevails. I loved the Bleach chapter this week. Things will improve!

Bleach. It was really cool. The ending could have been better, but still, we got to see some Soul society people after a loooong time. xD

Ah this is a tough one for me.

One Piece was standalone a good chapter but I still find this New Fishmen Arc
very dull. It's cool that we see the Strawhats beat up everyone but I don't
particularly care about Hody Jones and his crew. I think even if we didn't
have all that boring backstory about Hody Jones and Queen Otohime the chapter
would feel the same. Actually it would be better because then I would somewhat
care about Hody Jones just for him being the opponent. But now I have had
to deal with his dullness it's like there's no real thrill for me to see the Strawhats
beat him up. I mean fighting a brick wall would be more entertaining.
Of course they have really got into fighting Hody that much and just are
fighting his crew. I just hope Oda goes through this asap. I rather not
have an Enel long battle with Hody Jones. Vander Decken maybe
if Oda can make him humorous enough. But please not Hody Jones.
Hody Jones just needs to die soon. Also it looks like Jinbei isn't
sucking anymore. Though the damage is done. I do not like Jinbei anymore.

Bleach. It was an alright chapter. I mean it was cool when Ichigo does
a real Getsuga Tensho over Ginjo and Ginjo is all freaked out. The
power of friendship sword soul reaper transfer hadou #69 Somuchforallthattraining
was sorta stupid but it's whatever. Point is, Ichigo has Soul Reaper powers and that's
what counts. I'm still bummed of how he lost Fullbring but it was good while it lasted.
But more importantly I will be sad if both Ginjo and Tsukishima just die here.
At least one of them should live. It would be a good idea to bring the Fullbringers
into fight and then use that so Ginjou and/or Tsukishima can escape.
The other fullbringers can die as sacrifices. Would help to make Ginjo
and Tsukishima even more villainous. But seriously we need to know
what Ginjo and Tsukishima are up to before Kubo kills them off.

Naruto was a good chapter because we see Nagato using all his jutsu.
Though I really hope Itachi gets destroyed or something because
I don't want it to be a Naruto and Itachi vs Sasuke fight. I don't
want Itachi to be in the final battle. Itachi is cool but it needs
to be Naruto's time to shine. I say Itachi sealing Nagato is more
than enough. Now it's time for Kabuto to make a move.
