The fact that nagato's chakra is constantly pouring in on them which would erase any genjutsu anyways because of the constantly recorrecting chakra?

Or the puppet concept that they don't per se even have minds?

Its a mental torture, Nagato isn't there to be tortured.

Also think of the paths as six separate mobile cameras or screens. The paths are not linked together, but they are linked to Nagato.

Genjutsu will likely affect one body at a time unless its auditory like Jiraiya's.

Well its both, the former is more of a theory though.

new chapter:

Bee has a kyuubi cloak 8-tails, appearently preta path is powerful enough to suck it up before Bee can even do any damage to him. Also reacted to RM naruto enough to land a human path hit... oh and human path can steal from any part of the body. Ah nevermind, invisible chemeleon held naruto...
But it reacted enough to hold RM naruto. Oh and other fun fact, its so invisible that I didnt see it until the 4th time through... haha

And itachi > edo

Finally got naruto's crow thing figured out and itachi's gift which was kinda lame.

Itachi had Shisui's other eye (might be interesting to give him access to this is certainly battles.) Shisui's eye can overpower Edo Tensei (The same should apply to Danzo using it I would think.) Amateratsu can defeat Cerberus. Nagato can overcome Amateratsu by pushing it away.

Nagato can use Preta Path to heal himself.

The "gift" to Naruto is Shisui's eye which activates when Itachi's eyes are used at at least MS level. Applies to Sasuke too with EMS. Takes a decade for Shisui's eye to reactivate without Hashirama's chakra.

More to a point, when did he summon the chemeleon? Is it invisible upon summoning?
Also note that Preta path has activation powers fast enough to trump KB's cloaked lariat. Speaking of, KB's lariat has enough force to passively uproot and knock over fully grown trees without direct contact so thats quite a lo of force.

Oh... and page 15... Shoop da whoop from inside an invisible chemeleon.

Absorbed FRS, but more to the point it not only absorbed the chakra but Nagato himself didnt even get hit. And holy crap he can move, from the chameleon's mouth to KB.

Not really, the were right next to each other. The question is: if Nagato can heal himself by using Preta path, why didn't he do that long ago?
Splitting up his powers seems like a really stupid idea right now. All he gained were extra eyes.

Literally he is gone and then there, we can assume it is invisible.
And how were they right next to eachother? Nagato went from a boss-summon's height to KB's place in the forest before KB could land from being knocked over by the shinra.

Also KB tanked it insanely well for how powerful it was and how much forest it ripped up.

very true.. all this time i though Itachi actually killed Shisui.. Shisui was very good.. and dont forget that Danzo actually manage to take a eye from Shisui.. amazing.. Itachi said the last time he talked to him.. danzo already took an eye
