I wouldn't think the match would be so one-sided as that, Kisame is very fast underwater, I don't know how wide Fishman Karate reaches in one punch, though

and doesnt he have haki too...?

He does, but it isn't as strong as the Haki many people possess in one piece (shanks, Rayleigh). I think it would just come down to who connects with his hits first. I personally think it would be a pretty close match...

Jinbei's also fast enough to intercept a Bloodlusted Gear 2 Luffy and completely hold him down.

Not only Jinbei is as fast as Gear 2nd Luffy on land, he also hits as hard as Gear 3rd. He MUCH faster than Kisame underwater.

Didn't Jimbei take down like 20 guys with one punch to empty air? If he can hit hard enough to do that, he can probably one shot Kisame.

They are twice as fast underwater, but not STRONGER as in physical strength doubled. They just moved fight better.

Kisame's best techniques always rely on him creating a water source.

Let's assume that Jinbei gives Kisame the time to create said water source to begin with, Kisame gets horribly owned because of the fact that the already stronger Jinbei is going to be much faster and stronger underwater.

EDIT: Oh, water source already exists. Well in that case Jinbei just one shots poor Kisame at the start.

How does Kisame win here?

Jinbei has shown to be Kisame's superior in power, speed, and durability.

Fact of the matter is that this is only boosted by being underwater.

I may be a Kisame fan but I still don't see how he could possibly win here. He's just plain outmatched.
