well unless you think he got weaker post time skip i dont see why you would think he needs more feats. pre timeskip luffy already had enough feats to beat the 6 tails.

Six Tails' speed is comparable, if not equal, to Deva Pain's. Enies Lobby Luffy, if not Marineford War Luffy, clearly showed he had surpassed that speed by a considerable distance.

'move fast in short distances'? I suppose that means he has limited stamina?

I believe that was a recoil. And recoils aren't light, but it's definitely impressive. However, Luffy is rubber. He is extremely resistant to blunt attacks, not to mention he can evade any of Six Tails' attacks. That also translates to Luffy being able to close the gap at any time, seeing as that Six Tails is considerably slower.

Six Tails does have advantages in Chakra Menace Balls and his regenerative abilities. But unless he is able to spam them in succession, chances of them actually making contact aren't high.

Long story short, it'll be a (somewhat) long fight. But I'm willing to bet that Pre-Timeksip Luffy, and definitely TS Luffy, wins.

He casually dodged a Hypersonic+ laser at near point blank and said it was slow.

Then Luffy proceeded to casually deal a one-hit kill on a Pacifista, one being that took the efforts of his entire crew just to dismantle before the time skip.

If you want more, there's Luffy likely being equal to or surpassing Jimbei.

No, they can't win against Luffy. And Onoki prime? really? He was slower in his prime, and right now he's only able to keep up with Deidara's bird. Kisame can win only if Luffy is already inside the water dome.

But from a logical standpoint, he would be bloodlusted here. Luffy doesn't generally fight unless absolutely necessary (as shown in the bar fight before sky island arc when he allowed a weaker enemy to pound him because there wasn't a reason to fight). Seeing as how naruto will have gone so far as to grow 6 tails, he would be pretty angry. If luffy was actually fighting a six tailed kyuubi, he would definitely be angry by that point. Also, TS Luffy has appeared to go all out a lot faster than pre TS Luffy, such as when he automatically elephant gunned the kraken and is currently using his Haki powers against Hodi Jones.

Where in the hell did I ever mention anything about speedblitz? Did you actually pay attention to what I just said or is pulling red herrings on people your way of debating? I would hope that you're at least smart enough to know what "oneshot" means. You know, the thing where the enemy gets pummeled in one go, especially when Luffy EASILY did such to a Pacifista, who is leagues above 95% of the Narutoverse fighters, when he was far from bloodlusted.

He can oneshot them because he has significant power when compared to just about anybody in Narutoverse, barring Kyuubi and such.

Now let's suppose that Luffy wasn't massively faster than them even though it's a likely possibility. Personally I don't like the speedblitz argument myself, so let's suppose this. Haki means that any move that Naruto characters try to use is predicted and Luffy is capable of dodging. Unless said Naruto characters can actually use a powerful, wide AoE attack before Luffy can do anything about it, they will have absolutely no chance of killing the guy.

Let's suppose Itachi actually does somehow catch Luffy in genjutsu, despite how he can easily avoid such a thing via his speed, Haki, and overwhelming attacks. How exactly does Itachi actually put the guy down? There is a possibility genjutsu could be a problem for Luffy, but what do they do besides distract the guy? It's not like anything Itachi has is actually gonna put Luffy down, unless you pull a hypocritical statement by claiming Itachi uses some MS technique out of the blue to try and kill Luffy, which is not going to happen because Itachi starting off with a technique that drains his supply in a matter of seconds is simply idiotic.

If Onoki didn't insta-kill Sasuke then I'm doubting he's gonna do any better to Luffy, who is superior in practically every way barring illusion techniques, which is irrelevant when he's stastically good enough to pummel Sasuke to oblivion.

And how do you propose they catch Luffy's soul? Do you think Luffy is gonna sit around proclaiming all of the things he has said multiple times in the manga conveniently just to let them capture him for no apparent reason? Luffy's the kind of guy who goes in to pummel the opponent, not pull a pre-skip Naruto and shout about how he's gonna beat the crap out of them before getting owned himself.

Now go ahead and tell me what Luffy's most-said phrase is and prove to me that Luffy would actually shout that for no apparent reason mid-fight if you honestly believe that's a viable option in combat.

Well if Luffy didn't say it when he utterly decimated a Pacifista I have no doubt he doesn't need to against Narutoverse level characters. =P

Either way though it's more for effect and it's typical Shounen fare. And so people actually have names for the outrageous techniques that are used. It IS a Shounen trope after all.

I mean in all honesty I'd find it pretty stupid to announce the attack you're about to use in the middle of a fight, but that's how manga goes.
